Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, jewelry valued at up to ₪3,000 may be returned within 48 hours of delivery. We offer an extended return period of 3 business days.
After this period, returns are subject to two conditions:
The item must be undamaged and pass our inspection.
No custom modifications were made at the customer's request, such as ring resizing or personalized designs.
Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower.
