After this period, returns are subject to two conditions:
The item must be undamaged and pass our inspection.
No custom modifications were made at the customer's request, such as ring resizing or personalized designs.
Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another item are available within 7 business days of purchase. Please notify us within this period to request an exchange.
